CE Approved Hours: 2.0

Chicago Title Insurance Company (“Provider”) agrees to provide the referenced course instruction to Attendee under the following terms and conditions:

1. Provider offers this Course to Attendee without charge or tuition for the purpose of promoting the general knowledge, skill, and competence of real estate professionals in the performance of their duties and obligations, which Provider judges to be in the best interest of the general public.  

2. The Course will take place at the date, time and location specified above. Provider reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or change the location of the Course for any reason. As there is no cost for enrollment in the Course, Provider will not provide Attendee with any refund in the event of cancellation.

3. Provider will certify Attendee’s completion of the Course to the South Carolina Real Estate Commission only if Attendee is present for the entire duration of the Course.       

4. Provider will not offer a make-up date should Attendee fail to attend the entire Course at the scheduled date, time, and location. 

5. The Course is open to any person who is at least 18 years of age. 

6. Provider makes no representation to any Attendee concerning the Attendee’s eligibility for licensure with the South Carolina Real Estate Commission and Provider in no way guarantees that completion of the Couse will guarantee passage of any kind of licensing examination.

7. In presenting the Course material, Provider does not intend to offer any legal advice to Attendee concerning any matter. Any specific situation or hypothetical discussed during the Course is intended for educational purposes only.   

This Enrollment Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Provider and Attendee. By executing this document each party acknowledges it has been given the opportunity to  read  the entire terms and conditions of this Enrollment Agreement and that it does not rely upon any terms, offers, promises, understandings or conditions other than those provisions set forth above.
